The Project Board, Sept. '19
Sep. 8th, 2019 10:05 pmThis week and likely the next one is looking to be really hectic for me. I'm also worried about one of my dogs. A benign tumor on her left hip that was removed a couple of years ago has returned. She's nearly eleven, so we were unsure about the idea of putting her through surgery again, but since it seems to keep on growing and growing we're gonna talk to the vet about what to do next.
In the meantime, I guess I'll try to work on this stuff in my free time:
- When We Dead Awaken -- Netflix has "Secret Of Avalor" available!
- I've also been doing some writing, including some Road Rover-related stuff as well as my first foray into an idea I've had brewing for a long time. It's a story based around the concept of Disney characters as superheroes. I did mention a concept like that a few times before over on my Blogger account, only then it was still being called Dream League. Now I've taken to calling it Alias Elite (which is the name of the main superhero team the series will follow), and it's entirely my own idea now -- Dream League was never my idea, but someone else's entirely. Someday I might discuss why I choose to go that route. At any rate, the first story is titled Alias Elite: Age Of Heroes, and the outline's nearly done.
- I'd also like to return to the Dirty Near Dozen and that eternally unfinished Danger Rangers fic, Unnatural, at some point too.
- I'm tentatively considering dipping my feet back into the Sonic The Hedgehog scene with two possible fic ideas. I may talk about them here in little bit.
- I've been wanting to pick up drawing again after hitting a slump there for a while, but I don't know if I'm going to be able to fit that into my schedule as it currently looks. Some friends of mine's have birthdays coming up, while another one has a pic request (oh man, if this was deviantART, people would be literally swarming me begging for requests at this very moment all because I mentioned doing a request for a buddy). Hopefully I can get to this stuff once things calm down.
